Preparing template modal does not complete

This is the first time trying to use the Adobe Express chatgpt assistant. I clicked on one of 3 images and then received the a spinnner modal dialog box which seemed to  spin forever. This is a bug. I clicked to dismiss it and refreshed the browser and was able to see the image in Adobe Express.
