Question

Previous Spark projects do not open fully.

My previous Spark projects show up in CCE, but when I click on them they load "fuzzily" and a spinning circle spins indefinately. 

 

Troubleshooting I've tried:

Different computer

Different browser

Chromebook

Cleared cache

Signed in with private browsing

 

The project *will* open on my phone and I can edit it there, but I need to be able to open projects on my PC. 

 

Any help you can give is much appreciated. I can share any documentation that might be useful.

Hi John,

Sorry for the trouble. Things should be working better than that. We appreciate that you have mentioned the troubleshooting steps you have tried. Would you be able to try again on another network/wifi?
