Print PDF function not working

When I click on share and then print, a screen pops up to tell me that it is preparing the page for printing and then that screen hangs. I waiting for 30 minutes and nothing and documents that I have printed before also do not work. I have tried two different computers. Help! I need to submit this assignment.

I am having the same issue! I created a Web Page in Creative Cloud Express, but I am also unable to save the document as a PDF. I have done this several times in the past. 

Really hoping this issue is resolved soon!

Thanks for bringing this to us, and sorry for the experience with the Creative Cloud Express. This shouldn't be happening. 

I'd like to inform you that the issue you described is known, and our engineering team is working on resolving this. Once we hear from them, we will update you.
