Problem printing pdf in russian/arabic

How can I resolve the issue of printing letters from other languages? I have had issues with this with arabic, and now it happens with russian. They seem to keep the letters if its a jpeg, but I prefer printing in pdf because it looks better printed.

Hi Ida24294578z9ts,

 

It could be that you didn’t use a font that contains Russian/Arabic characters. You can use fonts.adobe.com to see what Languages a font supports:  https://fonts.adobe.com/fontsbrowse_mode=default&languages=ar&max_styles=26&min_styles=1

Thank you for writing. Would you mind sending us the screenshots with a bit of explanation? Like, this is the font that prints, and this is how it should be printing so that we could differentiate easily and escalate if required?
