When I try dounload pics or illustrat I got a masseg

that ther is a problem

Hi @ornah,

 

Seems like you are trying to upload an Illustrator file in Adobe Express. If yes, then let me tell you that currently, only JPG and PNG files can be uploaded to Adobe Express; however, we are in the process of adding this functionality. Once it is available, we'd let you know.
