Question

Problem when i download

Hello. I have a problem when i try to download my project. A little part of my project is never downloaded, so i always have my picture cut, or a black thing around my pictures. Even when i try to download it in a different format, it doesn't work.

Sorry for the trouble. This should not be happening. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps and see if that works for you. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

I am experiencing a similar issue. I cannot download a recent project in both the webapp and desktop app. I click 'Download' and nothing happens.
