Problem with accessing project and making new projects

do you still have that problem? From first look it looks like it can be some kind of Driver problem or so. I tried to replicate your steps with several Mac and Windows Devices and also on Android and iPhone and there where no problems.

What kind of Computer with what technical specs are you working on? Are all needed Video-Drivers and Updates are installed?

What happens if you try creating a project with a smaller image? You can use the Resize image Quick action to resize it. 5472 x 3648 is huge for a social media post. It may be that it's too large for the browser to process. I could see in the video that it was taking a while for it to save.
