Boa Noite, URGENTE, nao consigo entrear no site para fazer meus projetos,  esta acontecendo algo??????????/ Por favor é urgente, para amanha e preciso agora

We completely understand your concern. However, we will require some information to resolve this issue. Kindly elaborate on the issue. Which app are you using? Which site is that? Which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache and logging into a new "Incognito" or "Private" browser window? Did you try the same on a different device? Any troubleshooting steps if you have tried to resolve this issue? If possible, kindly share the website link (DM, please), so we can reproduce the same on our end.
