probleme de perte de projet

Hier soir je travaillais sur un diaporama avec plusieurs pages et plusieurs animations, en important une image mon projet projet c'est transformer/écrase en image et tout le reste a disparus... comment faire pour rédupérrer le travail ? si c'est possible ?

je ne trouve plus le fichier de plusieurs slide avec animations, photos vidéos intégrer... j'ai téléchargé une photos est tout ficier c'est écrasé... je peux pas vous donner screen j'ai plu rien, j'ai essyé de récupérer dans historique du navigateur mais plus rien

I'm sorry to hear this happened. Adobe Express should save as you go over the internet. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restore to a prior version or to an earlier save, so if your work ended up getting overwritten, there may not be a way to recover it.
