Problème de téléchargement avec Adobe epress

Bonjourimpossible de télécharger en Jpg ou Pdf un document crée dans Adobe Express, il se bloque à 90/100.Une première fois, j’ai réussi il y a quelques mois à résoudre ce problème en copiant le projet, mais là, rien n’y fait.Abonné depuis des années, supportant l’augmentation du prix mensuel, ç’est inadmissible de rencontrer ce genre de problèmes qui bloque mon projet.Merci du coup de main, car je suis en pleine galère.

Problème réglé.Vider le cache, relancer le navigateur, dupliquer son projet, vérifier qu’il ne soit pas trop lourd.Bonne chance à tous ceux qui vont rencontrer ce problème!

Hi ​@boriss84400723!!Glad to see it's sorted, and thank you especially for taking the time to share back what worked; that'll genuinely help the next person who runs into the same thing.A bit of context just in case: there was a platform issue over the weekend that was blocking downloads right around 90%, and it's since been resolved. So between your tip (clearing cache, duplicating the project) and the service being back to normal, you should be in the clear now.Happy creating -and shout if it ever sticks again.Rose
