Prøveabonnement på Adobe Express

Heisann.

Noen der ute som har forsøkt å si opp sitt prøveabonnement på Adobe Express. Jeg har forsøkt tre ganger; først før prøveperioden gikk ut og deretter hver gang det dukker opp en faktura på 117,- NOK. Nå har jeg vært nødt til å sperre kortet slik at Adobe.com ikke kan stjele mer penger fra meg. Til alt overmål kommer fakturaene deres på nederlandsk!!! Kunne jo like gjerne vært på Zwahili hvis de ikke ønsket at vi som kunder skulle forstå dem?

Hello.

 

I cant say that I have received an understanding answer to my questions. Only links to further general BSH-Q&A. 

 

I provable stopped my testperiod on Adobe Express BEFORE the expiringdate but the invoices kept coming and are STILL dumping into my banking-box. I had to delete and close my creditcard to stop the tapping from my bankingaccount by You in Adobe.

 

Look forward to receive Your explanations on this specific case and NOT another link to general problem solving and questions.

I understand that you’ve already tried to cancel your Adobe Express trial and are still seeing charges — that definitely shouldn’t be happening.
