Project disappears when trying to resize video or convert to gif

Question

I've been trying to resize videos, trim videos, and convert to gifs in Adobe Express this evening, and suddenly the features no longer work.  After the media uploads, it suddenly disappears before I can make adjustments or download.  I've tried it with numerous files.  These features were working earlier today.  Is there an outage or issue with these features, or another problem?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Would you mind logging off, clearing your cache and cookies and retesting?

If this doesn't resolve your issue, kindly test it in incognito mode or from a different browser. Another option is to check if any updates are available for your browser.
