Project half loads and status bar spins forever. Project won't load.

I write for a living and need this to wortk ASAP.

My projects won't fully load. The project appears but it never fully loads and all buttons are greyed out. The status bar spins.

It's been like this for a week.

My computer is 3 months old and is up to date. Help!
