Thanks for reaching out to us; sorry for your experience with the Creative Cloud Express. This shouldn't be happening.

Would you mind telling us which mobile device you are working on (Android or iOS) and since when were you facing this issue? We'd also like to know if this happens with all the projects or specific ones?

On my android phone, you can't name or rename.any project. 

But on iOS, you can. 

There are features in iso that are missing in Android.
