PS Express syncing problem

Just recently syncing between my iphone PS Express and my laptop PS Express has stopped. This is problematic because I have been creating an online journal all year on my phone, where the photos are, and the computer version, where I can see the files and edit them more easily. My phone tells me it's syncing but that's not what I'm finding on the computer. What gives?

Please confirm if you use Photoshop Express or Adobe Express on your Phone and PC. If Photoshop Express, please share the PS Express version installed and the device OS details.
