Published to web video cannot be viewed on iphone

If I choose Publish to the Web with anyone with link can view, why does a viewer required to have an Adobe account to view???? Also, trying to view on a mobile phone does not work. Says Mobil version coming???

I do not see any documentation that explains this.

People are able to view the published content on computer if they create or login to an account, but that is not the way things should work.

Please advise.
