Hi @Omid33533465872g,

I gave this a try on my end and hyphens work fine in the QR generator, a hyphenated URL goes through without being flagged. So it's not the hyphens causing it, which means something else is going on with your specific URL.

My best guess: was https://this-is-a-valid-url.com the actual address you're using, or a stand-in example? If it's a placeholder, that's likely the issue, the generator may be checking whether the URL points to a real, working site, and a made-up domain would come back invalid even though the format is fine.

To sort it out:

  • Try it with your real, live URL (the actual site you want the QR code to point to).

  • If your real URL still gets flagged, paste it here (or the exact text you're entering) and I'll take a look, sometimes it's a small thing like an extra space or a missing part of the address.

If a genuinely live URL is still being rejected, then we'll dig into it properly, but hyphens on their own aren't the problem.
