Question for Adobe Express video creation

Question I hope someone can answer, probably a simple question, but I haven't yet found the answer.

When creating videos on Adobe express, I have figured how to create the videos with background music and text, but is there a way to also do a voice over with my own voice reading the text, with background music playing at the same time?   If so, is this available for free users or premium users only?  If it is possible, to do both, can someone point me to a tutorial on how?
