Quick Tip Won't Disappear

How can I get this “quick tip” pop-up to disappear? I’ve never had this issue before. Every time I click on anything on the board, whether the edit tab is open or not, I get this alert. Is there a setting I’m missing?

    Hi there!

    That quick tip is definitely persistent if it keeps coming back - sorry for the interruption to your workflow!


    The pop-up should dismiss when you click "Got it" and shouldn't reappear after that. If it keeps showing up, here are a couple of things to try (if you haven't already!):


    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload Adobe Express — sometimes the "dismissed" state doesn't save properly if cached data is stale.

    2. Try an incognito/private window to rule out a browser extension interfering.

    3. Try a different browser entirely to see if the behavior follows.
