Re: Google play won't refund

Hi,

I'm aslo having the problem with this. I followed Adobe policy for refund and requested a refund from Google Play but they rejected it!

 

These are details of my purchase, please help me with my refund too:

In-app purchase: Ps Express + Adobe Express: Yearly (Photoshop Express Photo Editor)

Purchase date: 11 May 2025, 12:06:24 (GMT+7)

Refund request date: 11 May 2025

Amount of purchase: 2.578.947 VND

Purchased from: Google Play

Reason for refund: Forgot to cancel free trial leading to accidental auto-purchase of yearly subcription.
