recover my files ASAP

please refer the attached screenshot to see whats happening. 

A- assets are not deleted. And even some of the assets are deleted the file should open and show other contents except the deleted one. so that is not the case. (input- just to save the time)

 

B- various Problems are occurring right after i became a premium member. no use of buying it if I am gonna suffer for the whole year. 

pls arrange a call on following number rather than wasting time in texting. I want those files back. do whatever is needed for the same

Since when have you been seeing this issue? Did you try checking it on the desktop to see if you are getting the same experience there?

     

    Please try restarting your device and signing out, then signing back in to see if that resolves the issue. You can also try switching your internet connection (from Wi‑Fi to mobile data or vice versa) to rule out any connectivity issues. If the problem persists, please try reinstalling the app.

    While working on the artworks some of the files are gone missing. they are just blank when i open them
