Regular ADOBE failed & I think it must have run on credit card - which has changed. Got nowhere

Regular ADOBE failed & I think it must have run on credit card - which has changed. Got nowhere.  Sent several codes back.  No response.  Told my original password NBG.   I HAVE TRIED FOR TOO LONG!

I have explained!  Perhaps I could give new credit card details if it can be safely done  too many scams abound.

Hi Belinda,

 

It's not clear what your issue is. Adobe is a company that makes many applications — what do you mean by "regular Adobe"? 

 

You posted to the Adobe Express forum. Is that the application you are using? Do you have a question about how to use it?

 

Or do you have a billing question? If so, what did you purchase and for what OS? Android? iOS? macOS? Windows? Don't give credit card details on this public forum or to anyone who sends you a PM. If you purchased from Google Play or Apple, you need to talk to them. If you purchased from Adobe you need to talk to Adobe Customer Care. 

 

We need more information so we can better assist with the correct information.
