I subscribed to your app. But the subscription was not activated in your app. What should I do?

Hello! I looked at the screenshots and it says Paid to Google Play. Are you sure it is for Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Cloud, you are trying to subscribe? Also, I can't be sure that there isn't personal info on your screenshots that could identify you - you might want to delete them from this very public forum or at least edit out any personal details.
