Remove background

Hi, I've been working all week on a project with payment Adobe but today I'm unable to remove any background. Please, help!

You could check the Adobe Services Status: https://status.adobe.com/. I'm seeing that everything is available.

 

You might also try closing other browser windows and making sure there aren't any issues with your internet connection.
