Removing white border

Can anyone help me,

I am trying to simply edit photos with adobe express,

anytime I try to crop a photo it gives me this ugly white thick border.

I just want to crop a photo and bring it in closer.

Is there anyway to remove the background white border I get when cropping.

Hey @ivi_6205
Instead of cropping your image, consider starting with the image size that you want.

1) Press on the plus mark.
2) Choose a size that you want or enter the size you want under: custom size.

Place the image and scale accordingly.
You may find Photoshop would be a better fit for this type of work.

Cheers
