Repeating characters not loading when exporting all pages as pdf in Adobe Express

I am working on a master plan and some words with repeating characters ("ff" in sheriff or "cc" in access) will show up as a box with an x as if the font is characters are not recognized. This is only happening after exporting as a pdf for all pages, it shows up fine within Express before exporting. See below:

Hi Kieran,

 

In addition to Manmeet's suggestions, I was curious about what font you were using and if switching to a different font made any difference.

Hi @Kieran5C12, let's quickly check a few things and see if that makes any difference. Try duplicating the project. Try downloading the same on a phone app, sharing it to the web app, and then downloading that in PDF. Check if that works for you.
