Replace Image Flow Change Needed

I hate when I click Replace image I can't easlily get to my images that I have uploaded. As a designer I don't want your images to be more easily accessable than my own. 

Even my Library requires multiple steps...we need a more streamlined approach to our own content for replacing images and video's. 

At this point its easier for me to just upload a "new" image even though I may have it in my library a hundred times.
