Request: Put more animation effects

Question

I create designs in Adobe Express and some of them are making GIFs. Creating GIFs needs to have great animations to create better output, but, the animation can only be applied to specific objects if you want to animate the text - the text will be the only one that can be animated, if you want to animate shapes/objects they are the only one that can be animated, and I find it as one of the very limited features.
