Question

Restricted Access to Project in Adobe Express

Hi, I am having a huge problem with my project and was wondering if anyone could suggest a solution?

I have a free Adobe account but I have been creating a visual piece with Adobe Express, and everything was going completely fine - UNTIL! The screen had refreshed like it had kicked me from the server, and when it loaded up again I received a pop-up over my project, shown below:

 

 

I have tried everything but I simply don't have the option to go premium - I also have not used the premium features so I am even more confused! Thank you 😞

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does this happen with all projects or only this one? Does the issue still occur if you make a copy of the project and open that instance?

Hi David,

Since I posted, it has managed to unblock itself - I read on an older chat that opening the project in the app would unlock it again without purchasing a premium subscription. It had worked, but it was a lot of kerfuffle which has cost me about a week that I could have spent editing if not for the restriction.
