Retrieve account of recently departed employee

I am trying to retrieve the account of a recently departed employee, who left the company last month. Payment for the account was made on his company credit card, which was cancelled. When attempting to log in, there is a disclaimer saying there is no account tied the email address that was used for this account. The step listed here are not working, I am not getting an option to attempt to retrieve the account: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/reactivate-adobe-account.html

When did you delete your Adobe account? I'd like to inform you that I checked with the ID you shared above and do not see any account with Adobe.
