"Right of Commercialization"

"Hello, I would like to know if it is allowed to commercialize videos created in Adobe Express using the characters available on the platform. Are there any restrictions regarding this? Do I need to acquire usage rights or specific licenses to use the characters in commercial videos? Thank you in advance for your attention."
