Saving, folders and other questions...

Hi, I'm new to the site and I can't find functions that are immediate on other graphics sites. I am referring to saving the project, creating folders in which to insert personal media, how to lengthen the playback time of a video, the recycle bin, which seems not to be active here, etc. etc. Can anyone help me? Thank you
