Saving images high quality

Hi there I'm very new to this app ! I'm try to create images for greeting cards and poster prints. The quality looks good on my iMac screen but how do you ensure it will be good enough when enlarged ? I tried to order a print but it said the ppi quality was low ? Any help appreciated ! Xx

Hi Annie,

 

When you start a project the resulting output will be based on whatever the dimensions were for the project template when you started. If you have a premium membership it gives you access to a resize feature which can be used to change the proejct dimensions. If you're using a free membership, and plan on printing, it is probably best to start with a blank project and enter custom project dimensions. The maximum is 20 inches by 20 inches or 6000 by 6000 pixels at 72ppi.

 

I'll include a screensot of the resize option for reference
