It says that our channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) are connected, but the publishing in the scheduling tool still fails. are we missing somthing?

I'm having this issue too and NO I cannot refresh my connections, and I am currently connected to the accounts I want to post to. I have tried refreshing connections on both the Beta and regular app.

Was there a change in the Meta APIs recent? Something's broken.

Hi @Rachel27806697mz1y,

Thank you for your patience and for already doing the legwork on this - I know it's frustrating to keep hitting a wall.

Since disconnecting and reconnecting hasn't helped, could you let us know which platforms you're trying to publish to? A couple of things that could still be worth checking depending on your setup:

- Instagram: Publishing requires a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts will show as connected but will always fail silently. Worth double-checking in your Instagram settings if you haven't already.
- LinkedIn: Scheduling only works with a LinkedIn Page, not a personal profile.

If neither of those apply, could you share any error messages you're seeing when publishing fails? That'll help us escalate this with the right context.

Hi @Christincb,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Are you getting any error messages? If so, what is the error? Please play this video to troubleshoot connection problems in Adobe Express at https://adobe.ly/4n25Grh

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
