On multiple occasions I have uploaded portrait, 1080x1920, video to be posted on Facebook and Instagram, but when they have been posted they have been landscape.
When previewed in the scheduler they show the videos as portrait but sometimes when I reopen them to take change it from being a draft it then shows it in landscape in the preview.
Is there a way to make sure it doesn't get rotated in adobe scheduler

Hi @Simon J - Pioneer,

We appreciate you reaching out and are sorry to learn that you are having some problems.

You seem to be experiencing problems with your video's aspect ratio.

The Instagram upload sizes are listed below:

Video Resolution and Size
  • You can upload a video with an aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 9:16.
  • Videos should have a minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and minimum resolution of 720 pixels.
  • The maximum file size for videos that are 10 minutes or less is 650MB. The maximum file size for videos up to 60 minutes is 3.6GB.

Try to zoom in a little bit more on your video and the problem should be resolved.
