See thumbnails with link

I have this issue in sparks, don't show me the picture of the web page, and just see the link without nothing, I want to see like the picture that I upload but I cant, please help !!

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties. What platform are you working on? Are you trying to upload a project on Facebook, where you'd like to see the thumbnail preview of the project?

I'm Trying in Whatsapp and Facebook but in any show me the picture as I want, I try to do with a different project but is the same issue, even with a different browser.
