Seeking a new feature: two-way interactivity to be enabled for webpages

I'm hoping a new feature can be considered where other people can interact with a webpage, bit like Padlet, comment and like etc.

My reasoning is to facilitate online presence and peer to peer social presence, connecting with socially constructing knowledge and knowledge sharing. Thanks :).
