Selection Tool

In Previous Version, there was an option called as Select. I could either pick which one's to Select and then group them. At the same time if I had to Select all, there was an option " Select All". 

In the New version, " Selecet All" option is missing.

It gives Multi select option but not Select all option.  Please help.
