Set up Adobe Express for your school - issue with region code

When setting up Adobe Express for my school, my school is identified and the relevant information is autofilled. However, only one letter is autofilled for "Region Code" and an error message indicates this box must have a minimum length of 3. I am unable to edit this box, meaning I cannot proceed with the process. Has anyone any advice on how to proceed?

Hi @a_4037,
Thank you for reaching out.

It seems you're experiencing an issue with the "Region Code" field when setting up Adobe Express for your school. Here are a few steps that might help resolve the problem:

Review Autofilled School Information: Ensure the school’s address and region details are correct in your account. This might help with autofilling the Region Code.

Clear Browser Cache or Use Incognito Mode: Sometimes, browser settings can interfere with autofill. Try clearing your browser cache or use an incognito window to see if it resolves the issue.

Different Browser: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Additionally, this guide can help with accessing and setting up student accounts on Adobe Express: Adobe Express for Education - Student Accounts.

Thank you for your help Anshul. Can you give me the steps to find where I can edit my school's Autofilled School Information? I cannot find this option in "Manage Account".

Kind regards,

Audrey

Thank you for reaching out.

If the steps mentioned earlier did not resolve the issue, I recommend contacting your school's IT administrator.
