Question

Share a library via a link (rather than invite by email)

I need to be able to share a link to adobe express templates via a link rather than by individual invites. This (perhaps outdated) blog post seems to suggest this is possible, but I'm unable to follow the steps which don't seem to correspond to the current state of the software.

It's essential for me that I am able to share a link to templates rather than needing to do individual invites, which will be a drag.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thomas

Hi @Sparrow 1,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your need for easier template sharing.

Sharing entire libraries via a link isn't available yet. However, you could put this in as a feature request here to get this highlighted to our product and engineering team.

If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Hi Lyn,

I'm having the same difficulty but am confused by the response to the original poster.

This was definitely possible until very recently, based on my own experience and the blog post linked by Sparrow1. I personally last shared a template using a public link on 1 August 2023.

We used this fucntionality for a department-wide project with no difficulty. Colleagues were able to access the library and select a template to work on. Now when anyone clicks on the original link they can see all the templates from the library but can't click into them to use them, so I need to find an entirely new way of doing this.

Is there a way around this?
