Shared Projects After Account Deactivation

I’m leaving my company soon, and my Adobe Express account will be deactivated. I’ve saved some graphics in a shared Projects folder that my team has access to, and someone else on my team is the owner of that folder.

Will my graphics remain in the shared folder and accessible to my team after my account is deactivated? I assume so but just want to make sure.

Hi

@Erin354395433hl0

,

Welcome to the community! I'd say yes, if the shared Projects folder is owned by someone else on your team, then any graphics or content you've added to that folder will remain accessible to the team even after your Adobe Express account is deactivated. As long as the folder owner and other collaborators maintain access, your contributions won’t be lost.

To double-check, I've shared this information with our product team to confirm. I'll keep you posted once I hear anything from them.

Regards,

Tarun

Good morning!

Do you know if those files were maintained within the Project Folder after you left? I would love to know before we go down the road of using Projects to organize our documents!

Thanks,
