Sharing brands on creative cloud express

Question

I have a premium subscriptin to the Creative Cloud Express and have created a brand, templates and a library for my client who is also a premium subscription member as well. She is not receiving the notifications to share assets. Help! I'm so frustrated that I can't just speak to a human being!
