Sharing Webpages with non-Adobe users

I created a number of webpages using Spark, which gave me a link to share with other people.  That all still works fine.  Now, using Adobe Express, when I Publish to Web, I get a link which will then takes me back to Express where it can be edited, but other users just get a generic page inviting them to subscribe to Adobe.

I want to share my webpages with a wider community, as before.  How do I do this now?
