sign in issue and animate to audio is not working

It also appears on your account that you last successfully signed in on the 8th of April 2024.

Please confirm if you still require help.

Additionally, it may help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version or using a different browser or incognito mode.

evrytime i sign in i see this : a problem has occurred
Also animate from audio is not working it just keep refreching
