Please provide us with more info on where you feel the app has performance issues. Is it while the app is launching, uploading files, editing, or exporting projects? If possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow for us to have a better understanding of the app's performance.

Also, I'd recommend you try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or try another recommended browser to check if that makes any difference. Please refer: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html
