Question

Social media scheduler can't duplicate posts!

Very frustrated that I can't duplicate posts in the social media scheduler. What happened with the new format? There is no longer a duplicate post option and all my past content is unusable. Will this be fixed asap?

Hi @default29312600mhed3f and @Lucy2402,

Thank you for reaching out.

I understand your frustration with the missing duplicate post option in the social media scheduler. This feature is temporarily paused as we are actively working on improving the scheduler's functionality. While I don't have an exact timeframe for when it will be reinstated, please stay tuned for updates in our Announcements section.

We appreciate your patience, and our engineering team is dedicated to returning this feature as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with other aspects of Adobe Express, please feel free to ask. We're here to help!

Did you resolve this? I was getting round it by switching bewteen the old version and new but now I cant access that, I'm stuck. I used this A LOT 😬

So so many things: *I can't view a whole month to switch between months I have to scroll the screen. *I can't duplicate posts. I use one content but have different messaging for LinkedIn and Instagram. *It's erroring far far more from week to week. *I can't post landscape imagery for Instagram – previews showing square post when the imagery is landscape. Gutted because this worked before!
