Social safe zones not showing up under files

      It is helpful to see the table of supported formats, but it doesn’t explain why carousel posts aren’t included. Any post that shows up in the grid or in the feed should include social safe zones. It isn’t just the first image of a carousel that will show up in the feed either. Sometimes Instagram shows you the second slide of a carousel you’ve seen before, so creators should be able to check the safe zones for those posts.

      I didn’t have the Social safe zones option while building an Instagram carousel post, but when I “resized” to Instagram portrait post (same size), the option appeared in the File menu again.

      Thank you for both of these - the workaround of using Resize to Instagram portrait (same size) to get Safe Zones back in the File menu is a great find, and it’s good for anyone else who comes across this thread!

       

      You have a good point about carousel posts - if you'd like to submit that as a feature request so the product team can see it and the community can vote on it, you can do so here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express

      Same problem here. Even after resizing the file to the formats under Social Media and Ads, it shows Bleed and Margins.
