Social Scheduler on New Laptop

I got a new laptop and tried signing into my adobe express account and realized that the content I've sceduled isn't reflecting in the social schedule even though I am singing in with the same account I scheduled the posts through.

 

Can anyone advise if there is a way to sync the scheduled posts so I can view them on my new laptop?
