Some files from my database can't be used

Question

Hi, Why some files from my database can't be used?  Is it impossible to retrive them if I don't keep the original file to upload again?  Thank you!

Thanks for posting here. It seems like you're having trouble uploading media to the project. Since when are you facing this issue?

What type of media files are you trying to upload? Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference?

Also, could you send us some media files that you're trying to upload so we can test them?

We are here to help, just need some more info!
