Question

Some items exceed the file size limit

I'm having trouble importing images into the social media creator, on both Facebook Ad and Instagram post. Basically no matter what size image I try to upload (1.7 MB, 3.9 MB, 5.4 MB, etc.) it says they are over the file size limit. The only one I've had success with is a 24 MB image. Which I don't understand. All images are jpegs, and I've tried quitting and restarting Chrome, as well as clearing the cache in chrome with no success. Anyone have any thoughts?

    Hi @Trace35191221nizm

Could you also check if the image is within 8k in width and height?

Thank you so much. That turned out to be exactly the problem.
